Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- cup milk - 3/4 item
- pint sour cream - 1/2 item
- onion chopped - 1/2 item
- can cream chicken soup - 1 item
- Flour tortillas - 1 item
- jalapenos chopped - 1 item
- to 5 chicken breasts chopped - 4 item
How to make creamy chicken enchiladas:
Brown chicken, onion. Mix in cream cheese.Sauce: Mix soup, milk, sour cream and jalapenos.
Roll chicken mixture in tortillas. Put in baking dish spray with pam. Pour sauce over Top with cheddar cheese and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Salsa.
