Creamy banana pudding
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla wafers - 36 item
- medium bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice - 3 item
- cups whipping cream, whipped - 2 item
- 14 oz Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- 1/2 cup cold water - 1 item
- 4 serving size pkg instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
How to make creamy banana pudding:
In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water, add pudding mix, beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whip cream. Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2 quart glass serving dish. Top with one third each of the wafers, bananas and pudding. Repeat, layering twice, ending with pudding. Chill and Refrigerate.
