Creamy banana pudding
Ingredients/Components
- cold water
- whipping cream - 2 c
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- vanilla wafers - 36 item
- medium bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice - 3 item
- instant vanilla pudding and pie mix - 1 serving
How to make creamy banana pudding:
In a large bowl, mix sweetened milk and water. Add pudding mix. Beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into a 2 1/2-quart glass serving dish. Top with 1/3 each of the wafers, bananas and pudding. Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired.
