Creamy baked chicken breasts



  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • dry white wine - 1/4 c
  • slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
  • can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
  • herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed - 1 c
  • whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and deboned - 4 item

How to make creamy baked chicken breasts:

Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine, stirring well. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
