Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- chicken breast halves, skinned and boned - 8 item
- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 1 c
- 4-inch slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
How to make creamy baked chicken breasts:
Arrange chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan, lightly greased. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine; stir well. Spoon evenly over chicken; sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. Makes 8 servingsRecipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
