Ingredients/Components
- oleo, melted - 1/4 c
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- chicken breasts, skinned and boned - 4 item
- herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed - 1 c
How to make creamy baked chicken breasts:
Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine, stirring well. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle oleo over top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutRecipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
