Creamy baked cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- margarine or butter, melted - 1/3 c
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk not evaporated milk - 1 oz
- ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate - 1/4 c
- can cherry pie filling, chilled - 1 oz
- container Borden sour cream at room temperature - 1 (8
How to make creamy baked cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press firmly on bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan. In a large mixer bowl, beat the cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and ReaLemon brand. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Top with sour cream.
