Creamy baked cheesecake

- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- margarine or butter, melted - 1/4 c
- container sour cream - 1 (8
- ReaLemon reconstituted lemon juice - 1/4 c
How to make creamy baked cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar; pat firmly on bottom of buttered 9-inch spring-form pan.In larger mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Brand milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in ReaLemon juice. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill. Spread sour cream on cheesecake. Garnish. Refrigerate.
