  • milk - 2 c
  • mushrooms - 1 c
  • onion - 1 c
  • celery - 1 c
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 4 item
  • cans cream of celery soup - 4 item
  • whole pheasant optional, chicken - 1 item

How to make creamed pheasant:

Parboil pheasant. Combine onion, mushrooms and celery with milk. Mix in soups and desired chunks of pheasant. Heat over low heat. Serve over drop (Bisquick) biscuits.
