Creamed chipped beef

Ingredients/Components

• milk - 1 c
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• dried beef - 1 pkg

How to make creamed chipped beef:

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add flour and brown to a golden color. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth and thick. Cut dried beef into small cubes. Add to creamed mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over toast or biscuits.
