How to make creamed chipped beef:

Cream melted butter and chipped beef in saucepan or fry pan. Frizzle lightly. Blend in flour to chipped beef; add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until reaching desired consistency. Serve on toast or waffles or over scrambled eggs.
