  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 6 Tbsp
  • oleo - 6 Tbsp
  • chicken broth
  • black pepper - 1/3 tsp
  • chicken, diced and boiled - 1 c

How to make creamed chicken:

Melt oleo. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until blended. Turn heat up some and stir in chicken broth and milk. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until thick (about 1 minute). Stir in chicken. Serve over hot biscuits or hot corn bread. (May boil chicken breast with skin on for the broth and chicken.)
