- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- light cream - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped fresh parsley - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- dried thyme - 1/2 tsp
- carrot, chopped - 1 item
- celery ribs, chopped - 2 item
- cubed fully cooked ham - 2 c
- each cans chicken broth - 2 1/2
How to make creamed cabbage soup:
