- sugar - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 3/4 c
- soft butter - 1 c
- whipping cream - 1/3 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- Heat oven to 375°
How to make cream wafers:
Mix butter, cream and flour thoroughly, then chill. Heat oven to 375°. Divide dough into thirds. Keep remainder in refrigerator until ready to use.
