Ingredients/Components

  • cornstarch - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • dried onion flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • basil leaves - 1 tsp
  • thyme leaves - 1 tsp
  • instant chicken bouillon - 1/4 c
  • powdered no-fat milk - 2 c

How to make cream soup base:

Mix all ingredients well. Makes equivalent to 9 cans of soup.

One-third cup of mix and 1 1/4 cups water (cold) equals 1 can of soup. Cook and stir until thickened. Vegetables may be added.
