Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/3 c
- water - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
How to make cream puffs:
Put water and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil. Add flour and salt at once. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture won't stick to pan. While still hot, add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutesRecipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
