- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- Imperial or shortening - 1/2 c
How to make cream puffs:
Put shortening and water in 2-quart pan. Bring to a boil. Add flour, then cook until thick. Stir constantly. When mixture gathers into a mass, remove from heat. Let cool for 6 to 8 minutes.
