  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla
  • milk
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c

How to make cream puffs:

Filling:1/3 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. cornstarch2 1/4 c. milk Boil water and butter until butter melts. Add flour all at once to form ball. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Drop by large spoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes.

Filling: Combine all ingredients and heat to boiling. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool and fill cooled cream puffs.
