  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • instant vanilla pudding
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • milk - 1 c

How to make cream puffs:

Filling:1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding1 carton Cool Whip1 c. milk Heat water and butter to rolling boil in saucepan. Add flour all at once, stirring constantly, until dough forms a soft ball and leaves sides of pan clean. Turn into mixing bowl. Cool 2 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixture thickens. Requires rapid beating. Drop by tablespoon about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake another 20 to 25 minutes. When cool, cut in half and fill with filling mixture.

Mix pudding and milk as usual, then add Cool Whip. Sprinkle tops with powdered sugar.
