Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- sifted flour - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Add flour; stir constantly until mixture forms a ball
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- Stir in milk
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- light corn syrup - 4 Tbsp
- sifted confectioners sugar
How to make cream puffs:
Place butter and water in saucepan; bring to a boil quickly. Add flour; stir constantly until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Place mixture in bowl; beat in an egg at a time. Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet, about 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until done. Place on wire rack. Make a small hole in each. Cool. Cut off top. Stir in milk. Bring slowly to a boil; remove from heat. Stir in a small amount of hot mixture into eggs; return to saucepan. Bring to boil. Cool. Blend in vanilla. Spoon into Cream Puffs already prepared.
