Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • water - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 3 item
  • , grated - 1 large

How to make cream of zucchini soup:

Cook zucchini, onion and bouillon cubes in water for 12 to 15 minutes. In a frying pan, melt butter and stir in flour; cook until bubbly. Add milk and seasonings; cook until thick. Add to cooked vegetables and heat until hot. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
