- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 3 item
- , grated - 1 large
How to make cream of zucchini soup:
Cook zucchini, onion and bouillon cubes in water for 12 to 15 minutes. In a frying pan, melt butter and stir in flour; cook until bubbly. Add milk and seasonings; cook until thick.
