Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- margarine
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- diced potatoes - 15 c
- ham base - 1 Tbsp
- ham broth - 16 c
- chopped or diced ham - 3 c
How to make cream of potato soup:
Melt the margarine. Add the flour, salt, pepper, ham base and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the ham broth, then stir in the milk. Cook your potatoes, ham and onions until tender, then mix with the other ingredients.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Bisques/cream soups.
