  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • small onion - 1 item
  • pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 3 item
  • diced, cooked potatoes - 2 c

How to make cream of potato soup:

Melt butter. Cook onion until tender. Add flour and blend. Add milk, salt and pepper. Cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly. Add potatoes, pimento and bacon. Makes 6 servings.
