Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- diced potatoes - 4 c
- White Sauce recipe follows - 3 c
- Drain and add to white sauce
How to make cream of potato soup:
Cook potatoes and onions together until potatoes are tender. Drain and add to white sauce. Heat together.White Sauce:4 Tbsp. flour3 Tbsp. butter pepper1/2 tsp. salt3 c. milk Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and salt.
