Cream of potato soup



  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • Velveeta cheese - 3/4 lb
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • to 7 potatoes - 6 item
  • cans large Carnation milk - 2 item

How to make cream of potato soup:

Saute onions. Dice potatoes. Cover potatoes and onion with water. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until mushy. Add soup, milk and cheese. Mix and heat on low until cheese is melted.
