Ingredients/Components

  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • all-purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • onion, diced - 1/4 c
  • finely cut celery - 1/4 c
  • fresh parsley or 1 tsp - 2 Tbsp
  • potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes - 3 c
  • slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled set aside - 4 item

How to make cream of potato soup:

Mix until smooth and add to potatoes. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve. Top with bacon crumbles.
