Cream of peanut soup
Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 3 c
- sherry - 1 Tbsp
- raw rice - 1/4 c
- boiled peanuts, shelled - 1 c
How to make cream of peanut soup:
Puree nuts with 1/2 cup of the broth. Cook rice until soft and puree with half cup broth. Combine peanuts and rice mixture and add remainder of broth and sherry. Season to taste. Heat and serve.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Low Carb.
