Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 1
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cream-style corn - 1 c
How to make cream of corn soup:
Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir over medium heat until bubbly. Stir in corn. Bring to boil 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk. Heat to serving temperature.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
