- pkg - 10 oz
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- onion - 2 Tbsp
- American cubed cheese - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes * - 2 item
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Melt onion, butter and flour together. Add all at once, salt, pepper and milk. Stir constantly for about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add cheese and water. *Dissolve cubes in water; bring to boil and add broccoli. Cook; do not drain. Add to cheese mixture.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Broccoli.
