  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 6 c
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
  • fine noodles, cooked and drained - 8 oz
  • bags broccoli, chopped - 2 (10
  • garlic - 1/4 tsp
  • milk - 6 c
  • Velveeta cheese, cubed - 8 oz

How to make cream of broccoli soup:

In a pan, saut? onions in butter. Add water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and add noodles. Cook until tender. Add broccoli and garlic. Cook 8 minutes. Add warm milk and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
