- water - 6 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- fine noodles, cooked and drained - 8 oz
- bags broccoli, chopped - 2 (10
- garlic - 1/4 tsp
- milk - 6 c
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 8 oz
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
In a pan, saut?© onions in butter. Add water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and add noodles. Cook until tender. Add broccoli and garlic. Cook 8 minutes. Add warm milk and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Broccoli.
