Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of garlic powder - 1 item
  • chicken broth - 3 c
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • cubed cheese - 3/4 c
  • to 5 medium potatoes - 4 item

How to make cream of broccoli cheese soup:

Saute oil and onions until clear. Add to broth, salt and garlic. Cook broccoli. Cook potatoes. Add broccoli and potatoes to liquid. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Add to soup along with milk. Stir in cubed cheese. Stir until melted. Do not boil.
