Cream gravy
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 pt
- flour - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- meat drippings - 1/4 c
- chicken flavor instant bouillon - 1 Tbsp
How to make cream gravy:
Pour drippings into roasting pan or skillet. Blend in flour until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Remove from heat. Add pint of half and half slowly with bouillon.
