Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- vanilla wafers - 1 item
- cherry or blueberry pie filling - 1 item
How to make cream cheese tarts:
Soften cream cheese, add eggs, vanilla and sugar. In small cupcake paper holders, put vanilla wafer on bottom (upside down), then spoon a heaping teaspoonful of cheese mixture on top of wafer. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling. Makes at least 24 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Cheese.
