  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • vanilla wafers - 1 item
  • cherry or blueberry pie filling - 1 item

How to make cream cheese tarts:

Soften cream cheese, add eggs, vanilla and sugar. In small cupcake paper holders, put vanilla wafer on bottom (upside down), then spoon a heaping teaspoonful of cheese mixture on top of wafer. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling. Makes at least 24 servings.
