Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- fruit pie filling - 1 item
- vanilla cookie wafers - 1 item
How to make cream cheese tarts:
Mix first 4 ingredients together until creamy and smooth; set aside. Place 1 vanilla cookie wafer in muffin tin inside cupcake paper. Place cheese mixture on top of cookie (about 1/2 full) and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool. Place your choice of fruit pie filling on top (cherry, peach and blueberry are attractive).
