Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- cinnamon-sugar mixture - 1 item
- loaf white bread, crust cut off - 1 item
- cream cheese, left out to soften - 8 oz
How to make cream cheese puffs:
Spread cheese on each slice of bread. Roll up like a jelly roll (the bread, not the cook!). Dip in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Cut into bite size pieces and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Makes great hors d'oeuvres.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
