- sugar - 3 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla
- large eggs - 6 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- sifted cake flour - 3 c
- sticks butter - 3 item
How to make cream cheese pound cake:
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add salt and vanilla; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in flour; mix well. Spoon mixture into greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.This cake is very good after setting for a day.
