- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- large eggs - 6 item
- margarine, softened - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cake flour - 3 c
How to make cream cheese pound cake:
Preheat oven to 275°. Combine margarine, butter, cream cheese and sugar; beat well. Add salt and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and mix well.Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Place pan in a cold oven and set at 275°. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until done; cool in pan.
