Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg
- sour cream
- melted butter oleo - 1/3 c
- graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafer crumbs
How to make cream cheese pie:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. cinnamon Topping:1/2 c. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. vanilla Prepare crust and press into pie pan, reserving 1/4 cup for top of pie.Beat cream cheese; add sugar and beat smooth. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Pour into crust and bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
While hot, spread topping, made by combining ingredients as given. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
