- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cup sugar - 1/3 item
- cup corn syrup - 1 item
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans - 1 item
- 10 inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make cream cheese pecan pie:
In a large bowl, combine cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat on medium speed until smooth, spread on pie shell and sprinkle with pecans. In another bowl, beat remaining 3 eggs. Add syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, beat until blended. Pour over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees about 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
