  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c

How to make cream cheese frosting:

Allow butter and cream cheese to stand at room temperature at least 1 hour. Cream together cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla; blend well. Add nuts. Frost cooled Carrot Cake layers.
