Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1/2 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• solid shortening - 1/4 c

How to make crazy crust pie:

Lightly grease and flour bottom and sides of 9-inch metal or 10-inch glass pie pan. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until blended. Batter will be lumpy. Spread thinly on bottom and sides to within 1/4 inch of rim. Fill and bake at 425°
