  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • water - 2 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp

How to make crazy chocolate cake:

Sift all dry ingredients into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Add wet ingredients (oil, vinegar and vanilla). Gently pour water over entire ingredients. Mix with fork until smooth. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Frosting is optional; makes an interesting crunchy top on its own.
