  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • water - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • cocoa - 6 Tbsp
  • chocolate chips - 3/4 c
  • vinegar
  • Stir by hand

How to make crazy cake:

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl, then add wet ingredients all at once. Stir by hand. Put in 9 x 12-inch pan in preheated oven of 375° for 30 minutes. Frost with Chocolate Chip Frosting, if desired.Chocolate Chip Frosting:1 1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. butter1/2 c. milk3/4 c. chocolate chips In a pan over medium heat, mix sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Add chocolate chips. Remove from heat and stir until thick.
