Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- diced onion - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- stalks celery - 3 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can crab meat - 1 item
- green onion tops - 1/4 c
- cleaned crawfish tails - 1 lb
- pie crust top and bottom - 1 item
How to make crawfish pie:
Saute vegetables in butter. Add soup, crawfish and crab meat. Add rice. Put in pie shell. Cover and vent pie crust top. Cook until pie crust is golden brown in 350° to 375° oven. Shrimp may be substituted.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
