Ingredients/Components
- pie crusts - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1 item
- crawfish - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- shredded cheese - 1 pkg
How to make crawfish pie:
Bake one crust. In skillet melt butter and saute onions and bell pepper. Add crawfish and cook 5 to 10 minutes. Add one can cream of mushroom soup and one tablespoon flour. Pour into baked crust. Add raw pie crust on top. Bake at 350° until brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
