Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- salad oil - 1 stick
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onions - 2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- chopped green onion - 1/2 c
- peeled crawfish tails - 2 lb
- pie shells of choice - 1 item
How to make crawfish pie:
Melt margarine. Add onion, celery and green pepper. Cook until onions are transparent and wilted. Add crawfish tails and mix well. Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to mix, stirring constantly until wellRecipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
