Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- crawfish tails - 1 lb
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- pie shells - 2 item
- pint whipping cream - 1/2 item
- cornstarch dissolved in about 1 Tbsp
How to make crawfish pie:
Saut?© all vegetables in margarine until tender, about 10 minutes. Add whipping cream, evaporated milk, cornstarch, garlic powder, Tony's, and crawfish tails. Cook until thickened. Place in uncooked pie shell. Cover with second pie shell and bake at 350° until golden brown, about 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
