Crawfish etouffee
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 item
- crawfish - 1 lb
- cayenne pepper optional - 1 item
- bell pepper, minced - 1/2 item
How to make crawfish etouffee:
Melt butter. Add onion and bell pepper and saute until soft. Add crawfish, tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
