Cranberry salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- hot water - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- can jellied cranberry sauce - 16 oz
How to make cranberry salad:
Mix jellied cranberry sauce and 1 cup hot water in blender or mixer until liquid and smooth. Dissolve both packages of gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Add cranberry mixture and pecans to gelatin. Put half of mixture in an 8-inch square pan and chill in fridge until firm, 30 to 35 minutes. Spread sour cream and sugar over top of mixture. Pour other half of gelatin mixture over sour cream and refrigerate until firm.Recipe categories: Fruit, Pineapple, Tropical fruits.
