Cranberry relish



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 2 oz
  • nuts, chopped - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • bag cranberries - 1 item
  • small orange - 1 item
  • cherry or strawberry jello - 1 pkg

How to make cranberry relish:

Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1 cup hot water. Add juice mixture to gelatin mixture. Add lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Add fruit and nuts. Chill in a 5-cup mold overnight.
